KAD Courses, Workshops & Online Training

Discover learning that empowers You to lead better ways of working.

Summary

The KAD Team Howie™ course provides attendees with the understanding of the role of Howie.  The KAD role of Howie is for people on the team that say ‘How’ the work will be done and collaborate to deliver the service.

This course trains team members how to self-organise their service delivery using the KAD Delivery Kanban Board.  It provides an interactive learning simulation to practice the KAD continuous learning and problem solving way of thinking so team members have the ability to adapt as more things are learned.

The certificate of completion for the KAD Team Howie™ course is a pre-requisite to collecting the evidence from their on-the-job implementation and then passing the KAD Team Howie™ exam to achieve KAD Team Howie™ Certification.
